The Doctor encounters a Cybermat (or an artist’s impression thereof) for the first time in a few lives. It is adorable! So is he!

In all probability he couldn’t see anything with the lights on the stage and the audience in darkness and he was probably staring intently over my shoulder at nothing in particular but shhh
This is what took place within the 3 seconds in which I was convinced we were looking at each other. I managed to keep a bit more pokerfaced in reality though.

Someone was talking about daemons earlier. I took a very detailed test and got snowy owl as one of my options and, as some of my followers may be aware, I have a fondness for birds.
So then I drew it. That’s… really all the logic there is to it.
I also didn’t let the owl land on my bare arm because talons. But I didn’t put shoes on.
She was pretty made-up for somebody who was asleep.
Just sayin’.
